MORE THAN A TRANSACTION

REPUTATION - MATTERS

My reputation as a strong advocate comes from the positive long term relationships I have formed with my clients, service professionals, and others in my field. I am passionate about real estate and being of service. I take representation very seriously and act in a fiduciary capacity with my clients to fulfill their real estate objectives.

EXPERIENCE - A BROADER PROSEPECTIVE

I have over 25 years of experience in Seattle residential real estate sales, investment, and management. A commitment to hard work, use of proven negotiation strategies, my renovation skills, and invaluable experience serve me well in my relentless pursuit to put the clients I represent ahead of their competition.

HISTORY - SOMETHING TO CONSIDER

Born in Ketchikan Alaska but Raised in Seattle, I grew up in the Shoreline neighborhood and graduated from Inglemoor High School in the Northshore School District. A daughter of a commercial fisherman, Ballard was my second home. I purchased my first home in Ballard in 1984 and after the University of Washington I helped many friends with their own purchases. At 28 I became an agent in the Windermere Ballard office and I haven't looked back since. I am a strong advocate for real estate in general and Seattle real estate specifically! I bring an honest, straight forward, common sense approach to real estate sales.

SHORELINE UPZONE PROJECT

In 2008, voters approved Sound Transit to extend light rail service north to Lynnwood, known as the Lynnwood Link Extension. This plan called for two light rail stations in Shoreline, with anticipated operation in 2023.

In May 2013, Shoreline kicked off subarea planning for neighborhoods surrounding both future stations. Over the next few years, the city and community has developed plans to address land use, transportation, park, and other needs to accommodate projected growth in these areas.
